AMENDMENTS
All
submissions shall be submitted to the secretary between
Oct 1st - Oct 31st acording to Article 17:01

General Union Meeting
October
18th the General Meeting will be held at HQ in the Training
Room at 7:30 pm. The Collective Agreement Amendments will
be voted on at this meeting. The Amendments will be posted
7 days prior to the meeting. The nominations for Executive
Officers and Standing Committees will be held at this meeting
according to Article 7:01. All issues between the past meeting
to present will be discussed as well.

COLLECTIVE
AGREEMENT AMENDMENTS

Collective Agreement Amendments
To amend the Collective Agreement a member will present
their proposed amendments to the Secretary of this Association
from June 30th to August 31st only. The proposed amendment
shall be by e-mail and shall refer to the Article number
to be changed. The proposed amendment shall be worded in
the manner the member would like to see placed in the Collective
Agreement. The proposed amendment shall also include the
original if applicable with the proposed changes hi-lighted
for comparison to the present/original wording. If the proposed
amendment would cause changes in any other Article(s), the
member must also outline those changes. The Secretary shall
acknowledge to the sender by e-mail receipt of the proposal.
The
Policy Committee can study the proposed amendments over
the summer months, report to the membership and then forward
to the Negotiating Committee.
